1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to all physical addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, BFPO addresses, or international locations at this time.
2. SHIPPING COSTS

STANDARD SHIPPING: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders across our entire store. There is no minimum purchase amount required.
3. ORDER FULFILLMENT TIMELINE
To calculate when you will receive your order, please consider both the Handling Time and the Transit Time:

HANDLING TIME: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT will begin processing the next business day.

4. SHIPPING CARRIERS
We partner with major UK carriers to ensure your package arrives safely.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your shipment’s progress at any time via our Track Your Order page.
6. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or shows as “delivered” but has not been received, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at support@moweff.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
