Thank you for shopping with Moweff. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and supportive shopping experience for our menswear customers. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent process for your peace of mind.
This policy applies exclusively to orders delivered within the United Kingdom.
30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- In New only condition.
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- In their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
Return Details
- Return Window: 30 days from delivery.
- Returns Accepted: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
- Exchanges: We accept exchanges for eligible items.
- Return Method: By mail only.
- Return Label: Provided as "Download and print" at no cost to the customer (Free).
- Restocking Fees: No cost (£0.00).
- Refund Processing Time: 7 days after receiving and approving your return.
⚠️ Returns without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
To start a return or exchange, please email us at support@moweff.com with the following details:
- Order Number
- Name on the Order
- Reason for Return or Exchange (include photos if the item is damaged/defective)
Once your request is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization number, packing instructions, and your free pre-paid return label.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@moweff.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free return and offer either a replacement or a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.
Items removed from sealed packaging for hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, socks).
Any item clearly marked as “non-returnable” on the product page.
Refund Process
- Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 7 days of us receiving and approving your return.
- Method: Refunds are always sent back to your original payment method.
- Currency: Refunds are processed in GBP.
- Delayed Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within 5 working days of confirmation, check with your bank or card provider first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@moweff.com.
